I can't get into my account
You log in with email and password — not your display name and not your friend ID. Both can be changed, so neither works as a login.
Forgot your password? Reset it here. If no email arrives, check your spam folder — then send us a ticket, even without logging in.
I want my friend ID to be #0000
The numbers 0000 to 0009 are reserved. They don't say who you are in the game — they say you're the person people take you for, and that's decided by a human, not a form.
The launcher won't start
Download it again from dl.shutter-island.eu and install over your existing copy. Your games and your session stay intact.
If that doesn't help, send a ticket in the Launcher and downloads category. Include which version is installed and what's shown on screen.
